Exchange & Returns

We do not accept exchanges and returns unless order is damaged or wrong.

We accept returns on all full price bags within 7 days of delivery receipt.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Kain boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused.Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
